Mix flour, sauce powder, eggs, milk and 1 pinch of salt to a smooth dough. Let it swell for about 15 minutes
Roast the almonds, take them out. Peel apples, cut out cores. Cut apples crosswise into rings
Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in a frying pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Add 1/4 dough. Put 1/4 apple rings on top. Bake pancakes on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, keep warm. Bake 3 more pancakes in the same way
Heat the Calvados and dissolve the sugar in it. Drizzle on pancakes. Put 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche and the almonds on each pancake, dust with icing sugar. Decorate if necessary
Refine the pancake batter with some untreated grated lemon rind to taste. If you do not have an apple cutter, cut the apples into slices
