Apple-amretto quark dish

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 small apples (100 g each)
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Amaretto (almond liqueur)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 package Cream stabiliser
  • 500 g Buttermilk quark (0,5 % fat)
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 6 Ladyfingers

Directions

    Wash apples, cut into slices, remove core and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons lemon juice. Heat the liqueur, 1 tablespoon sugar and 3 tablespoons lemon juice in a pan. Steam apples in it for 2-3 minutes. Take them out, put them on kitchen paper and let them cool down.

    Mix vanillin sugar and cream setting agent. Stir quark with cream stiffener mixture, 2 tablespoons sugar and milk until smooth. Finely crumble the lady fingers. Layer apples, cream and lady fingers in 4 glasses (250 ml each)
