Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in eggs. Dissolve coffee powder in 3 tablespoons of liqueur, add. Mix flour, almonds and baking powder and stir in. Fill the dough into a greased star shape (1 litre capacity).
Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 40-45 minutes. Brush with amaretto liqueur while still hot. Remove from the mould. Let it cool down. Melt the chocolate coating. Cover the star with it.
Cut out stars from the chocolate flakes. To do this, place the cookie cutter in hot water, dab dry and cut out stars. Place the mould in hot water again and again (otherwise the stars will break).
Decorate the cake with large and small stars and the Amarettini. Makes about 12 pieces.
