Squeeze the lemon. Mix quark, mascarpone, vanillin sugar, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons liqueur and sugar. Mix coffee and 5 tablespoons of liqueur together. Roast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat while tossing until golden brown
Line a mould (approx. 15 x 30 cm) with half of the lady fingers and sprinkle with half of the coffee. Spread half of the cream on top. Process the remaining lady fingers and cream in the same way. Chill the Tiramisu for about 2 hours. Before serving, mix cocoa and cinnamon and sprinkle thickly on the tiramisu. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
