Knead the baking mix, egg and fat in pieces until smooth. Form about 36 small balls and place them on baking trays lined with baking paper. Press a depression in the middle of the balls with a spoon handle or your thumb
The bag of fruit preparation (enclosed in the package) approx
Place in hot water for 15 minutes. Cut off a small corner of the bag and distribute the fruit preparation in the cookie moulds. Place 1 almond on each. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 12 minutes. Let them cool down
Melt the sachet of fat glaze (included in the package) in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Cut off a small corner. Decorate the biscuits with it. Leave to dry
