Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g crushed almonds
  • 1 l Milk
  • 60 g Raisins
  • 4-5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp toasted flaked almonds

Directions

    Put rice in boiling salted water. Soak for about 20 minutes and drain. Meanwhile cook ground almonds in milk for about 15 minutes. Wash the raisins, drain and add.

    Season with sugar and refine with butter. Fill rice into soup bowls. Pour hot almond milk over them. Serve garnished with roasted almond flakes
