  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Wash, clean and finely dice the tomatoes. ##Wash, dry shake and finely chop the basil. Peel garlic and press through a ##garlic## press.

    Mix aiwar, diced tomatoes, basil and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
