  • 250 ml Oil (rape seed oil)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ tsp salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 3 clove(s) of garlic

Directions

    Make sure that all ingredients have approximately the same temperature. Puree the egg, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and garlic with the blender. Slowly add rapeseed oil and mix until the mixture is stiff.
