Zucchini mushroom baguettes

  • 120 g Mushrooms
  • 300 g Courgette
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 150 g Baguette
  • 100 g Fresh cheese with fine herbs from Provence
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into fine slices. Clean, wash and chop the zucchini. Wash chives, cut into small rolls. Cut baguette into 8 slices, spread thinly with cream cheese.

    Fry mushrooms in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add zucchini, fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, stir in chives and spread hot on the prepared baguette slices. Serve garnished with chives
