Ingredients

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 10 leaves Wild garlic
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard seed
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Beat the butter with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy. Wash the wild garlic, spin dry and remove the stalks. Wash parsley, pluck leaves and chop. Coarsely crush mustard seed in a mortar.

    Puree the wild garlic, parsley, mustard seed and butter with a blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill into a bowl. Tastes good with brown bread
