Wild garlic 4x different: Wild garlic noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Spiral noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Federation Wild garlic
  • 250 g Ricotta
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp thinly peeled rind of 1 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash ramsons, dab dry, clean and cut into fine strips. Crumble the ricotta with a fork. Cut lemon zest into fine strips.

    Drain the pasta, let it drain. Mix with olive oil, ricotta, wild garlic and lemon peel. Season with salt and pepper.
