For the chocolate cake, chop the chocolate coating. Melt butter and chocolate coating over a warm water bath. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Add the flour and chocolate butter and mix to a smooth dough.
Line the muffin tray (24 troughs) with paper baking cups. Spread the dough into the cups. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 12-15 minutes.
Mix vanilla ice cream and cream. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Cut the kiwi into slices. Peel mango and cut into slices. Take the cake out of the oven and carefully remove from the hollows. Arrange 2 muffins, fruits, sauce and 1 scoop of ice cream on plates.
Dust with icing sugar. Use the rest of the muffins for other purposes.
