  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 180 g Flour

  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 5-6 Tbsp Milk
  • 260 g peeled oranges

  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 20 g Orange marmalade or apricot jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp (suitable for diabetics)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

  1. 1

: Cream fat and diabetic sweetness. Stir in eggs bit by bit. Mix flour, nuts and baking powder. Alternately stir in with the milk. Pour the dough into 6 lightly greased cakelet moulds (approx. 10 cm Ø)

  2. 2

Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C / convection oven: 150 °C / gas: level 2) for approx. 20 minutes. Let the cakelets cool down for about 10 minutes, then turn them onto a cake rack and let them cool down completely

  3. 3

Cut out orange fillets between the parting skins. Squeeze the orange remains, collect the juice. Mix with curd cheese, vanilla pulp and sweetener. Fill the quark cream into the cakelets and smooth it down. Spread the orange fillets on top. Warm up the jam. Spread the orange filets with it, let them dry. Decorate with mint if necessary.

  4. 4

Vital Tip: Behind the hard skin of oranges is a lot of defensive vitamin C
