Stir the fat until creamy, pour in 60 g sugar and vanillin sugar. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in briefly with the milk. Preheat the waffle iron (2 rectangular waffles of 10 x 12 cm) and spread with oil.
Bake 4 double wafers from the dough one after the other. Let the finished waffles cool down on a cake rack.
Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and caramelise them in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of sugar until golden brown.
Arrange two waffles with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and bananas on 4 plates, pour caramel sauce over each and serve immediately.
