  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pine nuts
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil

    Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat, take them out. Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel and finely dice onion. Mix vinegar with pine nuts and diced onion. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in oil
