Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Venison goulash
  • 400 g mixed mushrooms (glass)
  • 2 Vegetable Onions
  • 1 Fl. Feldschlößchen Malz Light
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Balsamico
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 3 Juniper berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp 2 P Weight Watchers Sauce Stroganoff

Directions

    Fry meat in oil, add salt and pepper, onions in strips, salt and pepper, deglaze with balsamico and malt beer.

    Add bay leaf and juniper and braise for about 90 minutes (until the meat is soft). Add mushrooms and stir in WW Sauce Stroganoff. Bring to the boil and serve with potatoes (extra charge) and salad.
