Peel and wash the potatoes. Clean or peel and wash soup greens. Peel onion. Cut everything into small pieces
Fry the prepared ingredients in hot oil. Add a good 1/4 l water and stock and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes
Cut the sausages into slices. Wash and chop parsley. Lightly mash potatoes in the soup. Add the sausages and heat for 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle parsley on top
