Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 small cauliflower (about 500 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Courgette
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp two stems of curly parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 8 Metal skewers

Directions

    Clean and wash the cauliflower and divide it into small florets. Cook in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into pieces. Clean the mushrooms with a brush. Wash parsley and dab dry.

    Cut the stems. Drain the cauliflower and let it drain well. Put cauliflower, zucchini and mushrooms alternately on skewers. Pinch parsley leaves between them. Season the skewers with salt, pepper and paprika and fry in hot oil all around for about 5 minutes
