Vegetable pizza with camembert

Ingredients

  • 400 g Wheat flour (Type 1050)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1⁄2 Cubes (21 g) fresh yeast
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 3 Peppers
  • 0?$? Spring onions
  • 2–3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) Corn grains
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 4 Sage leaves
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 125 g Camembert
  • 100 g grated pizza cheese

Directions

    Mix flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Crumble the yeast. Mix with 200 ml lukewarm water and sugar. Add 5-6 tbsp. oil to the flour, knead until smooth. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

    Clean, wash and finely chop the peppers and spring onions. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Drain the corn. Wash herbs, peel garlic. Chop both.

    Briefly fry the garlic and bell pepper in 1-2 tbsp. hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in tomato paste. Stir in spring onions, corn, tomatoes and herbs. Let cool down.

    Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray. Spread the vegetable mixture over it. Cut the camembert into slices and spread on the pizza. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes.
