Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 2 packages (300 g each) frozen veggie burgers
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chive rolls
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Safflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 (80 g each) thick slices of cooked ham
  • 4 Eggs

Directions

    Wash lettuce and tomatoes. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and add the burgers. Fry on a mild heat for about 15 minutes. In the meantime cut the tomatoes into slices.

    Peel onion and cut into rings. Arrange tomato slices with lettuce leaves on plates, sprinkle with onions and chives. Whip vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper and pour over the tomatoes.

    Cut the ham slices and fry briefly on both sides in the remaining oil, keep warm. Beat the eggs and fry in the ham fat. Arrange the burgers on plates. Place the ham slices and fried eggs on top and sprinkle with pepper.
