Vanilla ice cream with pear wedges and chocolate sauce

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Vanilla ice cream for 12 small balls (approx. 300 g)
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Dessert sauce "chocolate
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Pears, half fruit
  • 1 TABLESPOON chocolate flakes, dark chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Remove the vanilla ice cream from the freezer and let it thaw a little. In the meantime put milk, except for about 4 tablespoons, into a small pot and bring to the boil. Stir sauce powder, sugar and remaining milk until smooth.

    Take the pot from the stove, stir in the sauce powder and bring to the boil again briefly on the hot stove plate. Put the chocolate sauce in a small bowl. Drain the pears and cut them into slices. Form 12 small balls (25 g each) from the vanilla ice cream and arrange them on plates with the pear slices.

    Pour warm chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chocolate flakes. Serve decorated with melissa.
