Vanilla-Copenhagener with kiwi

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Pudding powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Vanilla flavored"
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 TABLESPOONS oil, 1 egg (size M)
  • 24 g + 3 g diabetic sweetness
  • 180 g + some flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 (120 g each) peeled kiwis
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix 6 tablespoons of milk and pudding powder. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, except for 4 tablespoons, stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil briefly. Let cool off

    Mix quark, oil, 4 tablespoons of milk, egg and 24 g of sweetness. Mix 180 g flour and baking powder. Stir in half, knead in the rest

    Roll out the dough on a little flour to a rectangle (approx. 20 x 30 cm). Cut into 6 squares (approx. 10 x 10 cm). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the pudding on top, leaving a rim free. Fold the corners to the middle. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 15-18 minutes. Let them cool down

    Cut the kiwis into half slices. Place on the Copenhageners just before serving. Sprinkle with 3 g sweetness
