Drain the green pepper. Wash, drain, clean and dice the strawberries. Finely dice 50 g strawberries. Chop remaining strawberries and put them into a mixing bowl.
Add jam sugar and puree with a hand blender for about 45 seconds. Fold in the strawberry pieces .
Cut the jam in half. Fold green pepper into one half. Pour strawberry and strawberry-pepper jam into four prepared jars.
Fill into jars and seal well. Place in the refrigerator or enjoy immediately. Shelf life in the refrigerator is approx. 14 days.
