  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sour cream (10 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegetable binder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

  1. 1

: Put the rice in about 100 ml boiling salted water and let it swell for about 20 minutes. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Wash leek and cut into fine rings. Chop onion finely. Wash thyme and chop finely. Wash and halve tomatoes and mushrooms

  2. 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the meat in it vigorously while turning. Add onion, mushrooms and leek. Fry everything for about 3 more minutes. Add the tomatoes and half of the thyme and fry briefly. Add stock and cream, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce slightly and season with salt and pepper

  3. 3

Drain rice if necessary. Arrange on a plate with turkey strips. Sprinkle the rice with paprika powder and the shredded meat with remaining thyme

  4. 4

Vital Tip: Due to the swelling method, all important ingredients are retained in the rice
