Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (2 bags of 230 g each) Pizza dough
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 8 discs Parma ham
  • 1/2 bunch Basil
  • 40 g black and green olives without stone
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

For the pizza dough, mix the contents of the bag and 250 ml of warm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal parts and roll out into "tongues" (37 x 10 cm) on a well floured work surface. Grate cheese. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Spread pizza tongues with olive oil and dust with flour. Cover with ham, tomatoes and cheese in flakes.

  2. 2

Put pizza tongues on two baking trays covered with baking paper. Bake both trays in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. (If you do not have a convection oven, replace the trays after 15 minutes). In the meantime, wash the basil, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Cut olives into rings. Sprinkle pizza tongues with basil and olive rings
