Tomato chicken with feta cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 g cleaned cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes
  • 2 (30 g each) peeled shallots or small onions
  • 1 small peeled clove of garlic
  • 1 small stalk of thyme and rosemary
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Chicken filet
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth
  • 40 g Feta cheese
  • 1 disc (50 g) farmhouse bread

Directions

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Chop the shallots. Cut garlic into slices. Wash and chop the herbs

    Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and possibly cut in half. Heat the oil. Fry the fillet for about 5 minutes on each side, season. Add shallots, garlic, tomatoes and herbs. Fry everything for about 3 more minutes, season

    Add 6 tablespoons of water, bring to the boil. Stir in stock. Crumble cheese over it. Eat the bread with it
