Wash and halve the tomatoes. Chop the shallots. Cut garlic into slices. Wash and chop the herbs
Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and possibly cut in half. Heat the oil. Fry the fillet for about 5 minutes on each side, season. Add shallots, garlic, tomatoes and herbs. Fry everything for about 3 more minutes, season
Add 6 tablespoons of water, bring to the boil. Stir in stock. Crumble cheese over it. Eat the bread with it
