Tomato bread from curly tomatoes with olive oil and spring onions

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 30 g Macadamia nuts
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 400 g curly tomatoes
  • 4 discs brown bread

Directions

    For the pesto basil, wash, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stems. Peel the garlic. Put the basil, nuts, garlic and oil into a narrow mixing cup and chop finely with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onion into long thin strips. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Spread slices of bread with pesto, cover with tomatoes and sprinkle with strips of spring onion
