  • 100 g Chinese cabbage
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 100 g Leeks (leek)
  • 200 g Tofu (soy quark)
  • 1 jar (50 g) vegetarian spread (e.g. "Delikatess" from
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tartex; a. d. health food store)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Sesame
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 4-5 Stem(s) Chives

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into coarse strips. Clean and wash the carrot and leek. Cut carrot into pieces, leek into rings

    Cut the tofu into 2 slices. Spread with bread spread, season. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on both sides, press on

    Heat the oil. Fry the tofu for 3-5 minutes on each side. Take out and keep warm

    Steam the vegetables in the frying fat for about 10 minutes while turning, adding soy sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and pepper

    Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Arrange everything, sprinkle with chives rolls. Goes well with grainy rice

    Tofu, a firm curd made from soya, provides valuable vegetable protein and is therefore a good alternative to meat
