Spread the tofu with the sauce and set aside. Cut the bagel in half horizontally and roast it in the toaster until golden brown. Wash the salad and dab dry. Wash and clean the tomato and cut into thin slices.
Clean and wash the radishes and slice them into thin slices. Wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the tofu for 1 minute on each side. Drain on kitchen paper.
Pluck the salad and spread it on the lower half of the bagel. Cover bagel with tomatoes, tofu, radishes, chutney and half of the sprouts. Put the lid of the roll on top. Place the remaining sprouts on top and serve.
