For meatballs à la Holstein knead 1/3 with mustard, for pizza meatballs 1/3 with pizza spice and for oriental meatballs 1/3 with almonds, raisins, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and cayenne pepper
Form 10 meatballs out of each. Bake on 2 oiled baking trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes each (pizza and oriental meatballs first)
Wash the tomatoes. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella in 10 slices. Cover pizza meatballs with 1 slice of mozzarella and 1 slice of tomato. Sprinkle with pepper and bake in the oven for another 5-8 minutes
Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the mint and cut into strips. Mix both with yoghurt. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice
Halve the bacon slices. Fry until crispy in 1 tablespoon of hot oil, remove. Fry 10 eggs in bacon fat until they are fried. Cover meatballs à la Holstein with fried egg and bacon. Sprinkle with Gouda and bake for about 5 minutes
Garnish pizza meatballs with pepperoni. Arrange oriental meatballs with yoghurt dip
