Melt the fat in a pot and let it cool down. Mix flour, baking powder and starch. Add egg and fat. Knead everything into a dough. Press the dough onto the bottom of a greased springform pan (approx. 26 cm Ø)
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Spread the tomatoes on the bottom, sprinkle with cheese cubes
Season the tart with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 25 minutes. Wash the thyme, shake dry. Pluck the leaves and chop them coarsely. Remove the tart from the oven. Sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with thyme
