Tapas: Plums and dates in bacon

Ingredients

  • 12 dried soft plums (approx. 100 g)
  • 12 (approx. 75 g) dried dates
  • 24 (approx. 25 g) peeled almonds
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil

Directions

    Fill plums and dates with one almond each. Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap a piece of bacon around each plum and date. Heat oil. Fry plums and dates for about 6 minutes while turning them until crispy.

    Drain on kitchen paper.
