Wash the turkey meat, dab dry, chop finely and put on skewers. Brush with the paste and let it stand. Peel, slice or plane the cucumber. Remove the seeds from the chilli and chop finely. Wash chives, cut into small rolls. Season vinegar with salt, chilli and sugar.
Fold in 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix cucumber slices, chives and marinade. Fry skewers in 1 teaspoon of hot oil all around for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and lemon juice. Serve salad and skewers
