Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 2 Kiwis (approx. 90 g each)
  • 2 Bananas (approx. 125 g each)
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Apples
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 (approx. 125 g) wholemeal baguette bread
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 knife tip Cinnamon
  • 100 g Hazelnut flakes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of yoghurt with vanilla flavour

Directions

  1. 1

Clean, wash, drain and halve the strawberries. Peel and slice kiwis and bananas. Wash the apples, rub dry and cut into eighths. Remove core and cut apple into pieces. Put everything together with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a bowl. Mix carefully and leave to marinate. Cut bread diagonally into approx. 8 slices.

  2. 2

Mix milk, eggs, remaining sugar and cinnamon. Place slices of bread in the egg milk until all the liquid is absorbed. Turn once in between. Turn the bread in the hazelnut flakes and press them down a little. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the hazelnut slices in it over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve "shoe soles" and fruit salad arranged on a plate. Add vanilla yoghurt in a small bowl
