Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp e 500 g carrots and white cabbage
  • 1 cucumber, 3 tablespoons oil
  • 100 ml White wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Turmeric
  • 2-3 red chillies
  • 4 TABLESPOONS brown sugar, salt

    Clean the carrots and cabbage, wash and cut into strips. Wash cucumber, cut into half slices

    Fry the vegetables in oil. Bring to the boil with vinegar and 100 ml water. Peel ginger and grate finely. Add turmeric, chillies, sugar and salt. Boil everything down for 5-8 minutes. Remove chillies. Cool down
