Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (250 g)
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 3 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 850 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 packages (50 g each) Fix for braised meat
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; 250 g trimmed weight) Apricots
  • 200 g ribbon noodles

    Clean and wash the peppers and broccoli. Cut the bell peppers into pieces, broccoli into small florets. Roast almond flakes in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove from the pan. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large pieces. Fry all around in hot oil in portions. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.

    Add 1 litre of water and bring to the boil. Stir in Fix for braised beef. Add meat, paprika, broccoli florets and apricots with juice and braise covered for 10-15 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, drain and let drain. Sprinkle almond flakes over the fillet pot. Add the noodles extra
