Drizzle a baking tray with a little oil. Place aluminium foil on top and press down. Coat aluminium foil with oil. Chop the macadamia nuts and roast them in a large pan without fat until golden brown, remove them. Wipe out the pan, add the almonds, also roast brown while turning, take out and let cool down.
Wipe out the pan. Add syrup and sugar, simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter. If necessary, heat up briefly, stirring until smooth. Fold in nuts and almonds. Spread half of the nut mixture rectangularly (approx. 18 x 30 cm) on the aluminium foil and cover it closely with cranberries and marshmallows. Carefully spread the rest of the nut mixture on top and smooth it down. Cover directly with foil, allow to set in a cool place. Turn out or lift the mixture out of the mould and divide into 36 rectangular pieces.
