Summer salad with new potatoes and pesto

  • 600 g new potatoes
  • 1 package (400 g) Salad mix "Garden Salad"
  • 1 small onion
  • 80 g green pesto
  • 60 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 packages (90 g each) Parma ham

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Select the salad mix, wash and spin dry. Peel onion and cut into fine cubes. Mix onion and pesto with broth

    Drain the potatoes, rinse with cold water and cut in half lengthwise. Mix salad, potatoes and pesto. Arrange in a large bowl and garnish with ham florets. Add the remaining ham
