Stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 500 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 P. Herb cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp 4 P. Lettuce topping
  • 12 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 - 3 Garlic cloves

Directions

    Wash the cocktail tomatoes and cut off the lid. Then carefully hollow out the tomatoes.

    Stir the herb cream cheese until creamy and fill the tomatoes with it. This works best with a piping bag. Place the tomatoes in a container.

    Finely chop the garlic cloves and pour over the tomatoes. Mix the lettuce topping with the oil and also pour over the tomatoes. Close the container and let it stand for 1 day. It is best to turn occasionally.

    Excellent with grilled food or buffet.
