Stuffed papaya with yoghurt dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Papaya (about 175 g)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 200 g Baby pineapple
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt (0,1 % fat)
  • 1 TEASPOON demerara sugar

Directions

    Scrape the seeds out of the papaya with a spoon. Cut out the pulp with a knife, leaving a rim of about 5 mm. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Peel and slice the kiwi.

    Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Mix the fruits and fill into the papaya. Mix yoghurt with sugar and serve.
