  • 250 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package unsugared red cake glaze
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

  1. 1

Mix flour, 75 g sugar, vanillin sugar and salt in a bowl. Add egg and butter in pieces. Knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes. Grease 8 cake tins (10-11 cm Ø) well. Mix pudding powder and 50 g sugar. Stir with 100 ml milk until smooth. Bring 300 ml milk to the boil in a saucepan and remove from the heat.

  2. 2

Stir in pudding powder. Let simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Pour pudding into a bowl, cover directly with foil and chill. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface approx. 0.5 cm thick and cut out circles of a good 12 cm Ø. Pour in the dough and press on. Cut off any protruding edges. Prick the dough several times with a fork and place the moulds on a grid. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Immediately turn out of the ramekins and let them cool down. Wash, drain and clean the strawberries. Depending on the size, halve or quarter them. Whip cream until stiff. Stir pudding until smooth, fold in cream. Spread the cream on the tartlets. Cover with the strawberries.
