  • 175 g Strawberries
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 20 g Chocolate shavings
  • 8 ready puff pastry pies (approx. 30 g each)

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into fine cubes. Mix yoghurt and sugar in a bowl. Carefully fold in strawberries and 15 g chocolate shavings

    Pour 3-4 tablespoons of strawberry cream into each puff pastry and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate sprinkles
