Strawberry pudding cake from the tray with crumbles

Ingredients

Servings: 24
  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 750 g Flour
  • 500 g Butter or margarine
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 packages bake-proof pudding cream "vanilla flavour" (without cooking)
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Wash, drain, clean and coarsely dice the berries

    For the crumbles, put flour, fat in flakes, sugar, salt, vanillin sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Then work into crumbles with your hands. Whip the pudding cream and milk with the whisk of the hand mixer for at least 1 minute until the cream is firm

    Spread 2/3 of the crumbles on a greased baking tray (32 x 39 cm), press them down to a base with your hands. Spread pudding cream and strawberries one after the other on the crumble base. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbles evenly on top

    Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 1 hour. Remove from the oven, let it cool down and cut into pieces. Dust with icing sugar. Cream tastes good with it
