Wash the strawberries, drain well and clean. Halve or quarter strawberries depending on size
Mix butter, 150 g sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer for 4-5 minutes until creamy. Add the eggs and 1 tbsp. starch in turn. Mix flour, remaining starch and baking powder, stir in briefly
Put the dough into a greased spring plate (approx. 30 cm Ø) sprinkled with flour and smooth it down. Spread strawberries on the dough. Sprinkle with pine nuts and 75 g brown sugar. Bake in the preheated oven, 2nd shelf from below (electric oven: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 1 hour. Cover with aluminium foil for the last 10-15 minutes if necessary. Let the cake cool down in the tin on a cake rack. Whipped cream tastes good with it
