Strawberry cappuccino with butterfly bites

Ingredients

  • 600 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 100 ml cold low-fat milk
  • 8 Butterflyhipping

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries. Finely puree with sugar and lemon juice using a hand blender and chill.

    Whip cold milk with a milk frother until creamy.

    Arrange strawberry puree and milk foam in glasses. Serve with butterfly-hipping.
