Strawberries on short pastry biscuits with white chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 2-3 stem(s) Z
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 75 g white chocolate
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 3 long shortbread biscuits

Directions

    Bring 2 tablespoons of water and sugar to the boil. Wash the verbena and shake dry. Add 1 stalk of verbena to the sugar syrup and allow to cool

    Wash the strawberries and put 2 small strawberries aside for decoration. Clean the remaining strawberries and cut them into small cubes. Sprinkle strawberry cubes with sugar syrup

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Heat the cream. Melt the chocolate in it, then pour it into a bowl and let it cool down for about 10 minutes. Then put the chocolate cream in a cool place for about 1 hour

    Crumble the biscuits and fill them into glasses (each containing approx. 150 ml). Strain strawberry cubes a little bit and distribute in the glasses. Whip the chocolate cream for approx. 1 minute, then fill into a piping bag with perforated spout and squirt onto the strawberries. Cut 2 strawberries in half. Decorate cream with strawberries and verbena
