Steamed salmon on spinach bed

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg leaf spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 Tranches of salmon fillet (approx. 150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Clean, wash and shake spinach dry. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely. Heat the fat in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes. Add the spinach and let it collapse in a closed pot. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg

    Wash lemon hot, grate dry and cut into slices. Wash salmon, dab dry, season with salt and pepper. Spread the spinach and salmon in a greased casserole dish. Mix crème fraîche, stock and white wine and distribute in the dish. Cover salmon with lemon slices

    Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Bread tastes good with it
