Steak with asparagus tips

Ingredients

  • 35 g Natural rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Beef hip steak
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g green asparagus
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 5–6 Chive straws
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Dab meat dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat in it for 7-8 minutes, turning it medium, season with salt and pepper

    Meanwhile cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Drain the asparagus, put it back into the pot with butter and paprika and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. In the meantime, take the meat out of the pan, wrap it in foil and let it rest briefly

    Wash herbs, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the thyme and chop them. Cut the chives into small rolls. Drain rice, arrange on a plate with asparagus and steak, sprinkle with herbs
