Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 red peppers
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp (Instant)
  • 1 Bread roll
  • 150 g paprika-filled olives
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 750 g Lamb mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel of 1
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground chili
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kebabs

Directions

  1. 1

For the sauce clean and wash the peppers. Cut 2 pods into large pieces. Cook in boiling broth for about 15 minutes. Then pass through a sieve. Soak the rolls in cold water.

  2. 2

Halve 50 g olives. Finely chop the rest. Wash parsley and chop finely. Squeeze the bread roll. Knead with minced meat, egg, parsley and chopped olives. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and cumin.

  3. 3

Form minced meat into small rolls and possibly put them on skewers. Fry carefully in hot oil for about 12 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Remove skewers from the pan.

  4. 4

Briefly sauté the diced peppers and halved olives in the frying fat. Stir into the paprika sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon peel and sugar. Arrange minced meat rolls and paprika sauce on plates. Sprinkle with some grated chilli if necessary.

  5. 5

Fresh rolls or crispy French fries taste good with it.
