Spinach crepes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 kg leaf spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 60 g Pine nuts
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Mix milk, eggs and flour. Season with salt. Let dough rest for ten minutes. Clean and wash the spinach. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Roast pine nuts without fat. Cut feta cheese into thin slices.

    Heat the olive oil. Sauté the garlic and onions in it. Add the spinach and cook until it has completely collapsed. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in cheese and pine nuts, set aside.

    Coat a small pan with oil. Fill in a thin layer of dough. Fry for two minutes on each side. Bake the rest of the dough in the same way. Add the filling and beat the crêpes twice over each other.
